Will you clean my window frames and sills?

We always clean the frames and sills; we believe the job's not complete otherwise.

How often do you come around?

About 90% of our customers like us to return once a month, although we will work to a schedule that suits you. Please bear in mind that we are somewhat subject to the whims of the English weather!

How will you get to the back of the property if I'm not home?

If access around your property involves a locked gate, or other obstacle, we will discuss with you what you would prefer us to do. We will be happy to contact you before we visit, if you require.

Can you clean the insides of the windows?

Absolutely. Just ask us when you see us, or let us know in advance by phone or email (or text-message).

Can you clean my gutters, etc?

Yes, we occasionally get asked to do other little jobs. If it's a time-consuming task, please arrange it with us in advance so that we can set aside the necessary time.

How shall I pay you?

Many of our customers like to pay us with cash (or cheque) when we clean the windows. Please see the "Payments" section of this website for more ways to pay.

Can I see how much I owe, and pay online with my debit card?

We hope to add that ability, using Pay-Pal, to this website imminently.
